Why did the Raptors draft Jonas Vasddfwda?

They had the life time chance to draft Kemba, but instead they chose to draft some center euro guy when they already have a GOOD center....Someone should immediately fire the head of the Raptors obviously he's just looking to make Euro connections to sell jerseys and doesn't care about the franchise at all...
