What about the smoking ban..............?

I'm seriously opposed to such restrictions. I find them hypocritical and lame in lieu of what is going on. This is like trowing dust in our eyes. There are issues out there that are by far and magnitudes more dangerous than cigarette smoking. Car emissions chemical emisions cutting down forests etc. There is also an oxymoron involved. I can not smoke in a bar but by zeus I can get wasted and then go and kill a few poeple with my car. If smoking is bad for me then ban it the way heroin is banned.
