Old game I used to play. 3D, involved a sewer? maybe frogs?

I remember playing a game when I was younger (94'-98'ish) and it seemed like a doom style clone but set in a sewer? (at least one level) all I remember was battling frogs and that there was a library with tons of secret doors. I do remember that it was 3D, but the graphics were exceptionally old.
