Do you agree with Geithner: We Have To Raise Taxes On Small Businesses So The Government Doesn’t “Shrink”…?

We should heavily tax all American Companies that decide to build their factories overseas to take advantage of the cheap labor in foreign countries that have No Regulations to protect the laborers or the surrounding environments from airborne contaminants and other pollutions...after all they did decided to renege on the American Dream for the average working family, when their factories First Started On American Soil.
