I like the guy who works at my neighbourhood pool entrance, help me!?

So I'm from Canada and down in the states for a while. I'm staying with family here. So I didn't know anyone so I went up and talked with the guy who works at the front entrance. And to say we hit it off is an understatement! We literally had at least a half hour conversation the first time. That was like a week ago. Then I went there yesterday and when I went in (with my little cousins and everything) I was playing shy and stuff, but he was being super (exceptionally, more then he already is!) nice when my aunt was checking in, he had a big smile, was trying to make eye contact and blushing a bit. It was so funny. I was scared to but being the brave social butterfly that I am, I went up and started talking him again. And seriously, to say that its the best conversations ever is so not even descriptive enough! He's perfect! Like seriously. Here's the problem, he's mentioned casually in our first conversation when I asked what he was doing after work that he and he's girlfriend would be helping his mom with softball later that evening. And he's also planning on moving to California to go to school in August. And he's girlfriend is registered for school there too. That's all I know about her. Anyway. I like him a lot but I want to respect boundaries. What are my boundaries? Like I don't know many teenagers here, thats why I originally went up to him and introduced myself and everything. And the second time we talked he was even like "so have you met any other people?" And asking me about them. And when I told him that I met my 15 year old boy neighbour who's younger then my brother but twice the size on me he was kind of a little upset. So yeah. I don't know. Tell me what to do Yahoo Answers!!!!!!!!!
