Can wearing a leotard hurt your breasts?

This is an awkward question.. But my breasts have been sort of sore lately and I've been kind of nervous. (I recently had a pregnancy scare). But I recently had two dance shows, and three 8 hour rehearsals. The whole time was spent in a bra, leotard, and some sort of costuming. And my last costume, the one I also wore longest, was exceptionally tight on my chest area. Could that cause my breasts to feel sore/sensitive if it was too tight, or is it something else?
