Dropped shampoo bottle on toe will toenail fall off because of this?

I have had a bruised toe because of this does this mean its going to fall off this is my first time ever dealing with anything like this!! I am kinda scared but getting better with that now also it was bleeding after the shampoo bottle fell on my toe does that mean anything thanks!!! Niki
